Can't say I blame them. Who is their right minds would want to pay overinflated Halliburton's or KBR's or whoever's prices just to see it destoyed by some idiot suicide bomber? Better to wait until a few more Americans die and Bush is putting his wannabe boots up on the porch rail in Crawford to really get down to the business of rebuilding their country.
And I personally hope they put out the bids to every company on their own side of the globe and tell Halliburton to go fly a kite.
