I am sure Hillary Rove was behind this.

Truly amazing.

The fix is in and always will be.

Liberty Withdraws DRE's From New York, Won't Be Used In Hamilton County

Liberty Election Systems have sent a letter to the New York State Board of Elections saying that they will withdraw their DRE voting systems, meaning that Hamilton County will not be using Liberty's voting systems.
Here is the letter Liberty sent to the Board of Elections.

I am writing to inform you that Liberty Election Systems/Nedap is withdrawing its voting systems (LibertyMark BMD, LibertyVote DRE and LibertyControl EMS) from the New York State certification and procurement process - Group 22300 Voting Systems and Related Services.
As a result, we will not be fulfilling the request of Hamilton County Board of Elections and have already informed the commissioners of our decision.

This is good news for New York. Liberty DREs would not be good for New York and are not trustworthy enough as a voting system. Optical scan is the way to go.

It's a victory for now but keep an eye on them just in case if they might return.
