Taken several days ago, this is an incredibly poignant and solemn portrait of our President:

There was an article in my conservative home town paper the other day about
a lot of grumbling from big democratic contributers not getting as much attention from the Obama
White house as they had gotten from Clinton. Also a lot of complaints thAT Obama had not
appointed near as many big time contributors to jobs as the previous three administrations. I took
all this as a positive thing for Obama...

Today, I received a holiday card from Barack and Michelle Obama. It's beautiful.....simple and elegant. Thinking of framing it............
