There won't be a draft if the neocons have their way. The last thing they want is the rich and cool-aid drinking upper-middle class conservative kids to have to fight in this war. Neocons know that it would be the fastest way to end their endless profiteering war in Iraq. They'd much rather ship most of our jobs over seas and let in illegal immigrants to take the rest so that the poorest American citizens have no choice but to risk their neck in the military.
