Statement
The Russian Federations passports were withdrew from the Russian Federation’s Armed Forces high-ranking officer’s car. According to experts initial examination results it is obvious that all passports were issued in the same period of time and owners have never seen them. All these passports are not signed by owners, which is obligatory regarding the regulation and passport instruction. The passports are recently printed and issued using same codes. Regarding the law requirements passport numbers are successive but issued years are various, which are not corresponding with passport issue procedures.
An identification codes of other passports verify above mentioned as well. 4 600 similar passports have been issued during five days and more than 1400 - in one day. According the instructions, citizens must keep their passports and not deliver to others.
Some doubts are cast upon it that the Russian federation increases amount of its citizens purposely and via this action appeals to protecting Russian citizens.
