"Christmas and Easter – the birth of Jesus which is celebrated in the beginning of winter, and his resurrection which is celebrated in the spring – represent two pages in the great Book of Nature. This idea may offend many Christians, but instead of being offended, they would do better to reflect on it. And you who walk on the spiritual path know that spirituality begins in fact with the reign of love over sexuality. Only when you are able to sacrifice for the good of the other are you capable of love."

This man "Jesus" as you refer to him wouldn't bother shoving his opinion down someone's throat. Unless of course you are talking about the passive-aggressive, alien-enabled nut case that was sent to take over the world.

Either way, i'm tired of wasting time on the over-rated S-O-B and pretty much refuse to give the subject matter so much as the time of day other than to get off my daily rant.

Sex can be an expression of love or it can be purely selfish. I look at Love & Sex as that they simply amplify a person's state of mind and current life experienece. Society binds us to behave according to a certain set of standards and all in the name of protecting society. Sex in it of itself is actually just a physical exercise that can be enjoyable or whatever you want depending on the situation and ofcourse your biological needs.... if you choose to be uneducated on the matter, sex will continue to be the ultimate "chain" in your life, no difference than a leash for a pet.... get educated on the matter and sex can be a wonderful expression of love with those you love.... in any event, society and education are able to meet on common ground in that sex should be considered an adult level activity and should always be exercised with mutual consent....

Sex is a biological need and not just for procreation... it's also natures way of releaving stress and reminding the participants why they are here... that is, to live life to the fullest. Such that what might be erroneously considered sexual deviance is actually the basic need to have a higher quality of life but feeling restricted from doing so.... which is a byproduct of a lack of education.

I could say more.... but the point is simple, the more education you have, the higher quality of life you can expect, which includes a much more enjoyable sex life.

It means he is conscious that the forces and virtues brought together in him by the Creator can lead him beyond all earthly realizations. In the Cabbalah, the Tree of Life can be compared to a mountain whose summit is the sephirah Kether, the all powerful, the all-knowing, divine love. He would no longer be God. To feel his presence should be enough for us, without wanting proof of it by such limited and inadequate means."

It is here that parents have such great responsibilities. In recalling their own adolescent experiences, they must think years in advance about the period of crisis their children will inevitably pass through, so they will be in a position to give them the elements for surmounting it. Otherwise, what happens? When the time comes, the parents, completely overwhelmed by what is happening, let things go, telling themselves that after a difficult period everything will turn out fine. They do exactly what animals do: after a certain period of time, they turn their young loose in the wilds: whether they will survive or not remains to be seen. But numbers are also living realities, and, if we know how to meditate on them, they will help us in our spiritual work. Let us take the number four. In geometry it is expressed as a square, or a cube, which symbolizes all that is firmly established on earth, in the material realm. ‘The New Jerusalem which descends from heaven’ as described by St. John is a cube. But the cube is also the figure of limitation, of confinement, of imprisonment. Imprisonment provokes suffering: the imprisoned man suffers. If he knows how to understand this suffering, however, and to overcome it, he purifies himself. Consequently, we can say that the number four represents confinement on the physical plane, suffering on the psychic plane, and purity on the spiritual plane. One who has purified himself is free, he is released from his prison."

"To interpret the symbol of the circle, the circumference and the centre point, we must not study these two elements in a fixed state, but in motion. The point radiates, and its movement is rectilinear. It is the movement of electricity, of the masculine principle. In opposition, the movement of the circumference is one of dilatation, of magnetism, of the feminine principle. The rays which radiate from the centre point project, push and give, whereas the circle, the circumference attracts, takes, receives and absorbs. The straight line and the curved line, electricity and magnetism, are two complementary expressions of life that also exist in us. In the activity of the intellect and spirit, we find the rectilinear movement of the rays radiating from the centre. In the activity of the heart and soul, we recognize the movement of the circumference which spreads in waves, engulfing everything in its path. The intellect and spirit express themselves through wisdom, the heart and soul through love. And the two are absolutely necessary: love must seek the centre point, wisdom, or it dissipates. Wisdom must surround itself with a circle, or it will remain alone like a king without a kingdom. By meditating on the figure of a circle and its centre point, we will understand why we must develop wisdom and love harmoniously within us."

"Just because evil is powerful, it does not mean that we must submit to it without doing anything. No, we must react. But in order to triumph over evil, it is unwise to confront it on its own ground, because there it is almost invincible, and we will be struck down. To triumph over evil we must rise above it, we must attain the higher regions of consciousness. From there we can hurl down fire and lightning, and it will flee! Man possesses a fortress within him which is superbly equipped to resist the aggressions of evil. This fortress is the light of his soul and spirit. When you aim this light at evil, it disperses. Why stand there doing nothing? When we become discouraged, the beings of darkness rejoice, saying: ‘This is marvellous, here is something to eat!’ This is how people allow themselves to be devoured by the spirits of darkness. When this darkness approaches, a true disciple defends himself. He climbs into his fortress and projects light, and this light dispels the darkness."

"Schematically it can be said that the human being consists of a material principle, the physical body, and a subtle principle, the spirit. But as the history of religion reveals, people have rarely understood what place they should accord to each. For some, only the spirit mattered, and they neglected their body to the point that they eventually wasted away. But, if the body is despicable to this extent, and only the spirit counts, why does man come down to earth? God should keep him on high, in the ethereal regions of space. If he descends to incarnate on earth, it means he has to work to do there with his body. The mission of the spirit is to take on a physical body and come down to work on the earth, to impregnate the earth with its qualities, thereby transforming it into a magnificent garden where God and his angels will come to walk. When Jesus said: ‘Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven’, he too was praying that the splendours of the spirit incarnate in matter. "

Light is one thing, health and longevity are another. Light is even willing to remove you from the earth and take you to its own region on high. To those who cling desperately to the earth, it says: ‘But why do you insist on staying so long in this dark place? Come and live with me.’ In the meantime, we must work with all the means a spiritual teaching gives to us."

Since it is the very matter of creation, you will always manage to extract from it at least a few particles, a few atoms, thanks to your work with thought. "
