I had to work three jobs to raise my kids. I couldn't drive for medical reasons and used public transportation. I was a good mom to my own children and assisted many friends and family raise there children.

I do not like soccer moms because they put pressure on themselves, pressure on there kids and pressure on society.

No one can live up to the image of a soccer mom. Sacrifice is somewhere. In marriage, in home, in children or in career.
They take more then they give because they are short cited in their existence and expect others to make way for them.

I'm a soccer mom and a school mom, and a music mom, and a loving mom....we (my husband and I) don't put any pressure on our son...for soccer, for music or for school unless he starts sliding with his studies. What he gets involved with is entirely his choice. But I know what you're saying...some parents put so much pressure on their children to excel in soccer and other sports...it's for them and not their children.
