We haven't seen these encampments since the 80's? As I recall, during the Reagan years, there were no homeless in America, at least that's what his administration said publicly. I'm sure these are all people who are looking for handouts, don't want to work and want the government to support them. Isn't that what a lot of Republicans think about the poor and the homeless?
